Lynnelle Bryant, President

Mrs. Bryant is a Certified Interior Designer (CID) and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). Shehas over 30 years’ of experience in design and project management for commercial office, residential, hospitality and institutional projects and overseeing interior design and space planning. She brings particular expertise to corporate clients in managing and implementing their design packages, including such brands as: Farmers Insurance Group, Hilton Hotels, Johnny Rockets and Jackson Hewitt.

Mrs. Bryant joined the Masbuild team in 2003 and was appointed its CEO in 2007. She also serves on the advisory board for the Sherwin-Williams Company, was past president of the board of directors of the Pasadena Neighborhood Housing Services, and a recipient of the 2013 Amazing Star Award from One Faith Fellowship.

Charles Bryant, Founder and Principal

With 30+ years of experience in the design and construction industry, Mr. Bryant has served as the principal and contract manager for the U.S. Department of HUD (A & E new and renovation projects). He’s also served as the principal architect coordinating design, engineering, and construction for commercial, institutional, and multi-family residential projects for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force; the State Department; Caltrans; Los Angeles, Pasadena and Lynwood Unified School Districts and Mt. Vernon School District (NY).

Mr. Bryant is an NCARB – certified, licensed architect in California and numerous other states as well as a licensed general contractor, and was the developer, architect and general contractor for his own 12,500 square foot award-winning commercial office building located in NW Pasadena.

Mr. Bryant founded Masbuild as a construction management firm in 1996 while concurrently leading his namesake architecture firm of Charles T. Bryant & Associates, Inc., which he closed in 2010. He has served on a number of boards including the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, Pasadena-Foothill AIA, and was past president of the Southern California chapter of National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA).
